Week One

Great flight - once the wheel was put back on (what do we that for anyway?) as expected i thoroughly enjoyed the day doing nothing, broken only by a rooftop swim in singapore (with nice DS - S).
Arrived evening and Caroline had me up swimming at 0800 so not suffering any jetlag.

enjoyed walkabout in Brisbane; art galleries; run round the Bay; driving up the sunshine coast; lazing on Bribie Island beach; (thinking i was in the sea with a shark but when others arrived i realised those black fins were dolphins); seaworld with mary (fun and surprisingly not at all like blackpool sealife centre) ; oh and going to work with caroline to write some outcome measures and evaluation survey (what! - john thinks i'm going to the building site tomorrow. actually....)

cloudy weather (but obviously i burnt myself already) otherwise i'm easing myself into the sunshine. OK, so you're having better weather than I am but just wait til i get upto Cairns on Sunday.................
